Tour!

The day has finally come. We leave for tour tomorrow. Actually, we leave for Richmond/Harrisonburg. We're gonna chill in harrisonburg for two days and then go on the long trek to Maine. I'm dreading that ride...it's gonna suck. I'm still a little bummed I won't be playing bass. I was really excited for that. Not to mention, it's cool to say "yeah I learned bass in 3 weeks and went on our with a band". Now I can't say that or mark it off my list. At least going on tour is getting marked off my list. I hope it goes well and I get along with everyone. It kinda sucks though because I wish I could see Sam before I leave. I'm just gonna have to wait 3 more weeks though. I doubt I'll update this while on tour,but we'll see. Let's see how this goes!:)

Summer

This season always brings me good feelings, most of the time. However, this time I am oddly feeling really restless. I want to go back to richmond and go to school. Yeah, weird huh? Actually maybe it's just because I'm ready to go on tour and leave some of this behind for a month. My friend James in We Are Trees asked me to go on tour with them and play bass. I've never played an instrument well besides piano a long long time ago. I started practicing/learning bass a few weeks ago and I'm pretty proud of how far I've come. Unfortunately, I don't even think I'll be able to play with them on tour which really sucks. Regardless though it should be really fun. We're going all over the northeast and north west. Hopefully I'll get to see Ray and Lildan and all those kids in philly and maybe even my ohio boys in Cleveland! It should be a ridiculously fun time and I cannot wait. We leave Saturday!!
